'The Bear in the Mirror' 

   In the quiet expanse of the Canadian Rockies, a lone grizzly bear roams, her powerful frame moving with grace and purpose. She is a creature of instinct, guided by the seasons, yet on this day, something stirs within her.  The air is still, the only sound being the gentle lapping of water against the shore. Drawn to the cool, inviting water, the grizzly wades in, her massive form all but submerged.

The bear's gaze now shifts downward. There, in the mirror-like surface of the water, she sees herself—her own reflection staring back. For a moment, time seems to stand still. The bear pauses, captivated by the image before her. 

At this moment, she ponders. Her reflection evokes a sense of calm and introspection. The grizzly, often seen as a symbol of raw power and untamed nature, reflects back a deeper, more contemplative side. She is not just a creature of the wild but a living, breathing entity capable of feeling, of being.

Shipping Process 
All orders are personally processed by Jayden in the order they are received, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Most orders are processed within a week and delivered within 10–14 days. Fine art prints are typically processed the fastest, while metal pieces may take longer due to third-party production.

Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure good value and timely delivery, with Purolator being a common choice. If faster shipping or pickup arrangements are required, please contact us directly.

Delivery Times
Delivery times typically range from 10–14 days but can vary based on the carrier and destination. For international orders outside North America, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm delivery options.

Shipping costs are based on the size of the piece and the destination. We strive to find the most cost-effective shipping solutions to keep your costs as low as possible.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your piece has left Jayden’s print studio, allowing you to follow your shipment until it arrives.

Packaging

• Fine Art Prints: Shipped rolled in sturdy tubes for protection.
• Canvas Pieces: Typically shipped ready to hang but can be shipped rolled at a discount.
• Metal Pieces: Shipped ready to hang.

We package each piece delicately to ensure safe delivery. To avoid damage, it is not recommended to open packages with knives, as they may puncture or scratch your artwork.

Customs and Duties
Any customs or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping Issues
If your piece is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and/or photos of the damage. While such issues are rare, we will resolve them promptly to ensure you receive the artwork you’ve been waiting for!

Returns and Exchanges
Art pieces cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your piece is the wrong size or style, please contact us, and we’ll gladly arrange an exchange for a better fit.
