Designed to create a subtle shadow gap around the artwork, float frames add depth, structure, and a polished presentation without covering the image. They are especially effective for lighter images displayed on light walls, helping the piece feel complete while giving it a more elevated, gallery-style presence.

Available in four frame finishes:

Pitch Black: bold, clean, and timeless
Fog Grey: soft, neutral, and understated
White Oak: warm, natural, and modern
Hickory Brown: rich, classic, and earthy

Shipping Process 
All orders are personally processed by Jayden in the order they are received, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Most orders are processed within a week and delivered within 10–14 days. Fine art prints are typically processed the fastest, while metal pieces may take longer due to third-party production.

We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure good value and timely delivery, with Purolator being a common choice. If faster shipping or pickup arrangements are required, please contact us directly.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your piece has left Jayden’s print studio, allowing you to follow your shipment until it arrives.

Packaging

• Fine Art Prints: Shipped rolled in sturdy tubes for protection.
• Canvas Pieces: Typically shipped ready to hang but can be shipped rolled at a discount.
• Metal Pieces: Shipped ready to hang.

We package each piece delicately to ensure safe delivery. To avoid damage, it is not recommended to open packages with knives, as they may puncture or scratch your artwork.

Customs and Duties
Any customs or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping Issues
If your piece is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and/or photos of the damage. While such issues are rare, we will resolve them promptly to ensure you receive the artwork you’ve been waiting for!

Returns and Exchanges
Art pieces cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your piece is the wrong size or style, please contact us, and we’ll gladly arrange an exchange for a better fit.
