'Chateau in Shroud' 

      "Chateau in Shroud" reveals the mighty Castle Mountain cloaked in a veil of low-lying clouds, its snow-capped peaks sharply contrasted against a pure white sky. This black and white panoramic image captures the serene yet powerful essence of the Canadian Rockies.

To achieve this breathtaking view, 55 individual photos were taken with a telephoto lens, each frame meticulously captured to ensure precision. The dynamic nature of the clouds added an element of challenge, requiring swift and skillful shooting to maintain consistency. These images were then seamlessly stitched together, creating a single, expansive panorama that showcases the grandeur of Castle Mountain in incredible detail.

This uniquely captured image preserves the beauty of one of Banff National Park's most iconic mountains, inviting viewers to marvel at the intricate details and expansive vistas of this renowned Canadian landmark.

Shipping Process 
All orders are personally processed by Jayden in the order they are received, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Most orders are processed within a week and delivered within 10–14 days. Fine art prints are typically processed the fastest, while metal pieces may take longer due to third-party production.

Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure good value and timely delivery, with Purolator being a common choice. If faster shipping or pickup arrangements are required, please contact us directly.

Delivery times typically range from 10–14 days but can vary based on the carrier and destination. For international orders outside North America, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm delivery options.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your piece has left Jayden’s print studio, allowing you to follow your shipment until it arrives.

Packaging

• Fine Art Prints: Shipped rolled in sturdy tubes for protection.
• Canvas Pieces: Typically shipped ready to hang but can be shipped rolled at a discount.
• Metal Pieces: Shipped ready to hang.

We package each piece delicately to ensure safe delivery. To avoid damage, it is not recommended to open packages with knives, as they may puncture or scratch your artwork.

Customs and Duties
Any customs or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping Issues
If your piece is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and/or photos of the damage. While such issues are rare, we will resolve them promptly to ensure you receive the artwork you’ve been waiting for!

Returns and Exchanges
Art pieces cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your piece is the wrong size or style, please contact us, and we’ll gladly arrange an exchange for a better fit.
